Congratulations on taking the first step to purchasing a quality pre-owned vehicle from Grace Quality Cars. We'd like to thank you for your interest. We aim to process your credit application within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays. If you are serious about upgrading your current vehicle or just getting a vehicle that is new to you, we have good news for you. You can now get a car loan even if your credit rating isn't perfect. Our goal is to get you behind the wheel of a newer, quality vehicle regardless of your situation or credit history. With our large network of lenders, we strive to get you not only financed, but with the best rate and low affordable payments.

To simplify the buying process we are providing you with qualifying requirements and a list of documents you will need to provide for us to get you financed. You may bring these directly into our office at 320 State Road in Phillipston, Massachusetts or send copies via fax or email. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Requirements:

• COMPLETE credit application. Leave NO SPACE blank!
• Valid License/ Photo Identification .
• Minimum of $1500 Down Payment. (*Some exceptions, Down Payment may vary)
• 12 months of continious employment. (SSI, Long term disability and unemployment are acceptable) Pay Stub, W-2 or 3 months bank statement. *Meet minimum gross monthly.
• 12 months continious residency. (In state. Landlord verification required)
• Current utility bill in your name. (Cable, Electric, Internet)
• A bank account with payment authorization and/or voided check for withdrawals.
• Valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
• No repossessions within the last 12 months.
• Bankruptcies must be discharged.
• No minimum credit score.
• Must be able to obtain and document full insurance binder with loan grantor as loss payee and lein holder. Pre-inspection certificate if insurance requires.
• References, up to eight (8) including at least two (2) relatives and (2) personal friends.

We will start processing your application within 48 hours. All documentation and down payment are required to fully process the application. Trade allowances may be suitable in some cases. Applications may take up to two weeks to process. Processing time may vary depending on your submittal of required documentation. Actual weekly/monthly payments may vary depending on the value of the vehicle purchased and the amount of your down payment.

You may come into Grace Quality Cars and we will make document copies for you but do not guarantee processing of your application at that time. Processing applications may take up to two weeks.

We cannot process your application without ALL the requested documentation.

Down Payment is REQUIRED when signing the Sales & Purchase agreement Taxes, Registration and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Financing is not provided directly by Grace Quality Cars but in association with approved lenders. It is the consumer's responsibility to read and understand all aspects of financing and sales contracts, if you do not understand, please ask for clarification in writing. Possession of the vehicle by the customer will occur only when the vehicle has been approved and financing granted. All documentation and signatures must be completed before financing can be approved.
